Yours & Theirs is our give-back initiative, created to ensure that every RYE retreat supports not just our guests, but the communities that host us.
We commit 20% of all profits to local projects — from youth mentorship and wellness support to food security and elder care.
With the help of Evelyn, our Community Lead, we partner with grassroots organisations to make sure the funds reach the right people, through the right channels.

Project August
Project August is our Women’s Month initiative — a tribute to the women who give so much, yet are so often overlooked.
This August, we’re putting them first by providing food and sanitary supplies to the most vulnerable women in Franschhoek. Women who lead households, support communities, and show up for everyone else — now it’s their turn.
Because dignity starts with the basics.
And this month, we give back. Every parcel is a small reminder: you matter, you’re seen, and you deserve care too.
Each guests who attends our August Women's ReTreat will be directly contributing to this wonderful and very important project.
